Solutions’ unique Peer Support Community (PSC) approach surrounds those struggling with an addiction with a community of their peers. In this environment, people working through an addiction have the opportunity to learn from those who came before them, and see the results of our program firsthand.
In a study of this issue, in the Journal of Substance Abuse Treatment, researchers found that participants in a sober living home had significant improvements in mental health.
